Ahhh...the art and science of cooking. Lucky for me I have had a great
opportunity to be exposed to various cuisines.  Everything from good
old fashioned american comfort foods to sometimes "scary" filipino
foods.

I pride myself on providing good grub to my visitors and also with
experimenting with different tastes.

I've been cooking since I was 9 years old when my father was a single
parent who worked long hours to provide for me.  At that time, odd
combination of cakes & cookies would go into the blender and become
some sludge like milkshake and the water on the stove would burn.  But
over the years through trial and error I feel that I have mastered
quite a few dishes.

My recipes are a tribute to myself...they are personal reminders to me
that if I can't do anything else right I know I can cook.  I hope
everyone who reads and tries my recipes feel the same.
